Best Western brings joy to elderly at Seri Setia home



In conjunction with Chinese New Year, Best Western Premier Dua Sentral recently held a charity event at Seri Setia Old Folks Home in Sungai Way, here, to cheer up 61 residents there.
The team, armed with ang pow, mandarin oranges and pre-packed food, was led by Best Western Dua Sentral resident manager Celia Kam.
Kam said it was part of the hotel's corporate social responsibility to celebrate the auspicious occasion with the needy.

Foong Kok Peng, 82, a resident, said he was happy to receive the gifts.
"The hotel gave us fried rice with tau foo and it tasted delicious. I was also delighted to receive the ang pow. I would like to thank the hotel for its generosity," he said.
